Members without email can authorize another member, or the admin can create an account and deliver login credentials. We also support hybrid voting (online + paper).
Yes, VOTELIO has no commitments. You can cancel at any time and download your data. After cancellation you have 30 days to export all data.

Yes. We host on EU-based infrastructure, encrypt data in transit and at rest, run daily backups, and use row-level isolation between organizations. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request at legal@votelio.com.

Yes, at any time. Members, votes, minutes, documents and attachments can be exported in standard formats (CSV/PDF/ZIP). If you ever leave, you have 30 days to download everything.
